This app is feature rich. I appreciate being able to turn off the music in settings. A minor irritation that may be causing some other users to feel they are being scammed is that widgets and other extension features will frequently disappear behind a paywall, always when there is an update. But all I do is go to settings and click on “Restore Purchases” to make all my widgets and features work again. I consider this a minor glitch that is easy to work around.

What the heck is a + one month full premium access for everyone who PURCHASED extensions? I’ve already paid for it. Why would I I now pay for it yearly ? I won’t. You told another reviewer if they know of a better app to let you know. I think Suntime and MoonPro are way better. I don’t like and rarely use this app because of its annoying music, but I keep it on my phone because I paid for it. I wanted a moon app, not a moon app full of junk I don’t want. There is no need for you to respond, because I’ll just respond back. And if our correspondence goes on for a year, I will have to charge you an annual fee of $29.99.

I have the full premium version and my widgets stopped working. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but no luck. It’s been weeks. Do we know when there will be a fix, or does anyone have info on the issue?

Literally from one of their setup screens: "By enabling TrackingID, you help us understand that you're already part of our community." LOL. No. Deleted instead.

I purchased this app years ago. About a year ago I paid for all of the add on features. Everything was fine until I got a new phone and now they want me to buy them again. I sent a message asking for help but haven’t heard back. I liked the app but unfortunately will have to find another one because at this point I feel robbed.

Would like more info to about how to use features

This is not free. It’s not even a one time payment. It’s a very expensive subscription.

I frequently use this app and have most of its extensions installed. However, there’s one minor issue. Sometimes, it predicts a good day for a haircut, but later in the forecast, it changes its mind and says it’s not a good day. This confusion leaves me wondering whether it’s indeed a good day or not. Haha!

Dec 24/Jan 25: The app keeps force closing. I have deleted and reinstalled it. I’m not sure how else to let the developer know. Thank you. This is an incredibly beautiful and informative app. I really appreciate the ability to purchase extensions based on need rather than having to buy everything all at once. Very well done; “thank you” to the creator.

Why is the app just closing out out of no where it was fine a few days ago now closing down I am very upset

It won’t even open at all. Just shuts down. I checked for updates and none were available. Hopefully the issues will be fixed soon.

The app is amazing when it works. Right now it crashes anytime you try to launch it.

The app has stopped working; all previously purchased extensions are no longer accessible. The developer has abandoned existing users and is now demanding way more money through a new subscription service. Why has this become so expensive suddenly? The price is too much! Why not create a new app while honoring the licenses of previous versions? This is absolutely unacceptable. I demand refund!

I was one of the first people to ever pay for their app and I had issues with it for months and months. But I persevered, and I even tried to help them out as a developer myself. Ultimately, I was granted full access for life because of all the problems I had. I proceeded to leave a great review which was also impartial and not just based on opinion. Well, big surprise as I’ve learned how everything happens in America - they lied it lasted about two months and that was it. I emailed them several times not once if they gotten back to me. Just so disappointed in humanity. People like this should be really embarrassed, but are I guess are sociopaths and have no feelings.

I’ve had this app for some time and purchased features in this app that were interesting to me. NOW they’re charging a subscription to be able to do anything besides see what the CURRENT data is! This app is no longer worth it or useful to me. There ARE other options out there that don’t make you pay to see a feature AND charge you to use it! Bye bye rip off!

Unfortunately I’m not in the category of people to add a Moon App to my subscription lineup. A reminder: subscription fees for apps are technical debt. This app is indeed fully featured—or, it was. In fact it provided so much information that I opened it often. In a lot of ways, it democratized a lot of interesting spiritual knowledge, giving me access to ideas I had never known before. However, the AI generated advertisement art now blocking access to the best features (which were once free, indeed) takes the soul out of this app. The developer quite arrogantly responds to reviews with the rhetorical proposal of “find me a better app if you don’t like this one.” That is enough for me to indeed spend time finding a better app. Nonetheless, this app does have some great free moon tracking features, but I cannot trust the developer’s practice here—whoever the developer is, they are not spiritually aligned with me, and have lost my trust. I hope they enjoy the spoils of their $29 yearly, $10 monthly, $6 weekly though

I paid the full price when it was the ending of last year and it wasn't cheap. I come back and some extensions are unlocked but the ones i paid for that was advertised as a one-time payment are now under a subscription paywall to either pay monthly, yearly etc. So you're asking me to pay for a function TWICE ?? I think you're the most sleeziest developer ever on this app store. At least be honest from the beginning. Should have never trusted to pay for anything. Ever wonder why most people don't pay or spend as much for tool apps these days? Its because of this example. Hopefully those people who recently paid full price can get a refund, However I cannot since I paid the full pro app at least a year ago.

do not trust this guy I sent him a email saying "hey what do you mean I have to pay starting in Decembe". I’ve been a long time user of this app. Over the years I purchased several features with the understanding that they were a one-time, upfront cost. To my surprise when I opened the app today I find that features I had already paid for have been locked behind a new subscription paywall 🤷🏻‍♂️ Without any warning, notice, or even a shred of courtesy, you’ve essentially pulled the rug out from loyal customers. Forcing users to now subscribe to access features we’ve already purchased is both unethical and unprofessional 🤡 The right thing to do would have been to grandfather in your existing customers, especially those who have supported your app for years and helped it grow. Instead, you’ve chosen a cash grab, disregarding the trust and investment your users have placed in your company. This is a disappointing and frankly pathetic business move and I will not be paying for something I’ve already purchased. In fact I’ll be deleting the app entirely!!

I have the old version on a five year old phone with no sim card. It still works as it used to, can see any information I want without issue. However on my current phone, I can no longer see anything without being extorted out of 30 dollars--per year. Or 5 dollars a week! Wow! "The best deal" LOLLLLLLLL This is disgusting. But since the dev is so braindead, anyone can easily find the old, free version of the app for Android and park it on an older phone 💜😘

Ok, I am changing my review, i found more stuff to do that i didn’t know about and i am pretty happy with this app. i dont like that you have to pay for stuff but i guess thats part of special apps like this one, it had good features though and my favorite part is 3D moon where you can live it around, zoom in and see the core and mantle. keep adding more to your app. it’s a good one

As with so many other recent reviews of this app, I also had purchased this app YEARS ago and came back to the app to find that a ton of features are now locked behind a subscription paywall! This should be illegal! I feel robbed! The developer keeps responding to everyone that these features should be unlocked for those who had it unlocked before, but CLEARLY, you can see that people are having issues and can’t unlock those features. What you’re saying isn’t true. The features can’t be unlocked. When I try to restore, it just says, ‘premium disabled.’ Your latest update says out of respect to users, but if you actually respected users who have supported your app from the beginning, you would have grand-fathered them into lifetime premium like a lot of other great apps have done. Now, you’ve tarnished your reputation. Shame! Robbery!

UPDATE: The developer is extremely dishonest! They responded “we see no negative reviews only positive”, which is a complete lie as they are responding negatively to reviews with 1 to 3 stars. Do yourself a favor and sort the reviews by “Most Recent” and you will see many dissatisfied customers whom have purchased this app years ago and the features were taken away just for the developer to extort more money out of the same customers for their money-hungry subscription based model. This is a typical BAIT AND SWITCH! This developer will continue to deceive and defraud people! I’ve had this app for years and have purchased the full version in 2015, but they have moved to a subscription-based module, which I was on the fence about. However, seeing their sarcastic responses to some of the reviewers, I have decided that it’s time to let this one go . Such negative energy! I recommend for people who are considering this app to read the negative reviews and the developer’s responses to them, and then make your decision. Honestly, I would rather pay more for a different app or have several different apps than to knowingly deal with their negative energy.

I’ve had this app for awhile and purchased several add ons that no longer work now that the options are only available under a monthly fee. I refuse to double pay for the same thing. VERY SCAMMY. (Update to your response.) I of course tried to restore my purchases and NOTHING CAME BACK. Buyer beware!

I’m getting different times on my iPad from what I have on my android?? It didn’t start off this way and I don’t know which one is correct. This is very confusing, can some one please help me to discover the true sidereal zodiac times.

I PURCHASED this app a number of years ago. I loved it. I just updated the app today. The description said “bug fixes”. When I opened the app after the update all the features that came with my ORIGINAL PURCHASE were gone. The features in my ORIGINAL purchase have been taken away from me unless I pay $60.00 a year. Unless there is a way to restore all the features of this app that I ALREADY BOUGHT YEARS AGO I will be deleting it. ZERO STAR RATING.

I’ve been using this app for some time now, and all of a sudden they are locking a ton of features behind a SUBSCRIPTION. Horrible.

I've been a user and advocate of this app since 2015. I've recommended it to a lot of my family and friends. As well recommended it to my clients. I'm an Astrologist and Native American Indian. I have mostly used this app for my daily and monthly moon ceremonies. I've supported the app's development. I even bought into incremental paid extensions. Because the perks of the free functionality of the app. Now even the once free perks and functions are not free. Namely the Babylonian calendar, which was never an "extension". WORST OF THIS is I just tried to subscribe for the monthly trial. You get 3 days "FREE" trial. I was immediately charged $12.95!!! WOW - OH WOW!!! Really?!? You are that hard up for cash you want to gauge millions of users through GREEDY subscription models now? SHAME ON YOU DELUXE MOON APP!!!

Charging you over and over every month for features you’ve already paid for is pure greed. And the developer conveniently failed to mention the new subscription model in the update release notes. Review ratings should be reset to zero whenever an app becomes a subscription. The developer will NEVER see another penny of my money.

Really?! I had paid for this when features were added and it was lovely! Now, the features I’ve already paid for, were taken away and I have to pay either weekly, monthly or yearly to receive THE ONES IVE BEEN USING FOR YEARS. Also, the features the developers ‘decided’ I could have are not what I used so often. There is a note that all previous purchases are available via extension. NOT TRUE. When I go to the portion of the app under every category I am directed to pay. I even tried ‘restoring purchases’ I was informed past purchases ‘restored’ they weren’t. I’m looking for another app. Truly disappointing. They were the best and I recommended to many, not any longer. I guess they joined the rats in the race.

In the switch to software as a service, it seems that I lost access to features that used to be part of the app normally. If it’s still possible to find the solar zenith, I’m thoroughly uninterested in figuring out which part of the app doesn’t require a subscription. Every time you click on where it might be, you hit the paywall and have to click out of it to search elsewhere in the app. I’ll just do a web search for it now. Thanks.

This was a fun and interesting app that I paid for years ago. But recently something happened, and now whenever I try to use it on my iPhone, the app brings me to weekly/monthly/yearly subscription options instead. I paid for this app when I paid for it. This sudden subscription bait and switch doesn’t make me happy. I’m not paying for the sudden cost of a subscription—it’s not worth that, and it’s a crappy business practice to make the features I originally paid for obsolete without a subscription.

I have been a pro user for too many years. I have purchased extensions as well and today I opened the app and am being asked to upgrade to a subscription in order to continue …

Updated version is now a monthly subscription and those who purchased the extension in the past thinking they would always have those features no longer have access to it.

Scum bags! Do not download. They will scam you!

I’ve loved this app for along time and even paid for certain modules but the developer switched to a subscription model because instead of actually doing right in the world they have succumbed to greed. This is why no one believes in anything. Scum bags.

I’d been using this app for several years and had already paid for the premium upgrade for added features —TWICE. Now it’s moved to a subscription based service and disabled my premium features rather than honoring my “grandfathered” purchase. Greed. It’s a good app as a one-time purchase, but not worth a subscription. Especially since I already paid for it. So I guess after 5+ years with the app, this is my goodbye.

Everyone wants everyone to subscribe I have had this for years on end purchased the extras and now I see prompts throughout the app saying upgrade upgrade it's ruined the beauty of the app by seeing the the constant words throughout asking for more money .. I so loved the app now I'm sick about it about the change things being taken away . So wrong .

I’ve been using this app for years, so long I cant remember when I started. I use the app to plan for hair cuts for me and my family. I paid for the upgrades and now all of a sudden they way $29.99 a year or 9.99 a month… $4.99 a week! I’m upset I enjoyed using this but now they want too much.

I used to love this app and I’ve had it for a few years now, but they have made a lot of changes I don’t care for. I have to pay for a plan now in order to look at the astrology of the moon. When that used to be free for me to look over. Now all I can see is what phase the moon is in as well as what sign, and then I have to pay to read over the meaning now. Idk I wish they didn’t change that.

It’s wrong that for some of us, we have purchased this app many many years ago and now the latest update removed the free moon scopes feature. I will now uninstall and never use again. You should have at least included a legacy feature for your old customers. Now I will delete you.

I’ve been using these app for more than four years, which I already pay for the deluxe version and now I cannot use or check the aspects that I used to for free, you guys are forcing us to pay extra, kind of shady in an aggressive way.

I have had this app for years and have recommend to others for years also. I understand charging for extensions, although paying $2.99 for each one seemed a bit of an overreach. Now with the move to a monthly/yearly subscription fee I will be removing the app completely. The whole subscription economy is revolting to me, and I don't know why we are falling for it. Also, the aesthetics of the app are no longer appealing to me.

The developers have added a tracking ID. Though they totally pinky swear they’re not sharing your info with anyone, don’t believe them. And they don’t tell you what they’re collecting. The really, truly sneaky, dirty, underhanded thing is, they placed a pop-up right where the permission for this tracking ID is and when you clear the pop up, the permission toggle has disappeared. SHAME ON YOU. I’ve used this app for almost as long as it’s existed—DELETED. Previously: Updates keep the app fresh and useful, I’ve used it for years. Has lots of features and helps me keep track of not just moon cycles, but solar as well.

Been using this app for as long as I can remember. I purchased it when I had an android then again when I went to iOS…but now I have to buy an annual subscription to get what I used to get? Screw this. I can find the information readily online without an app.

I LOVE! this app. It is a treasury of lunar astrological data and information I cannot see another app coming near close replacing it, regardless the cost. The developer(s?) has not orphaned it, offering it in the shoppe & collecting some coins for the effort, but actually keeps it fresh and more intriguing with added usefulness from time-to-time. More than a few of its uses i have not yet tapped but it is great to know they are included should i have a need. “Deluxe Moon” is a necessary astrology “Must Have” for all my mobile devices. Bravo Zulu; Well Done.
